Frequently asked questions

No. Buyers select and order in BASH. Weeztix or Paylogic can handle payment and ticket issuance, or BASH can handle payment and issue QR tickets directly. Your public sale can stay with your current provider.

A BASH presale gives selected people a personal link to buy a limited number of tickets before or alongside the public sale. You choose who receives access, when it opens and closes, and how many friends each person can bring. Access can be sent through WhatsApp or email.

No. Visitors open their personal link from WhatsApp or email, then select and order tickets in BASH without creating an account.

Yes. You decide whether someone can bring a limited number of friends. Each personal link remains attributable, so you can see how access spreads and which sales it creates.

Ticketing and pricing

BASH connects directly with Weeztix and Paylogic. With Ticketmaster, Stager or another provider, keep your public sale there and sell some or all tickets directly with BASH.

Only tickets selected and ordered in your BASH environment count. Tickets sold entirely through your provider’s shop or another external channel do not.

For tickets ordered through BASH with Weeztix or Paylogic, your organisation pays €1 per ticket, excluding VAT. For direct sales, 3% + €0.83 per ticket, excluding VAT, is added to the buyer’s checkout. The €1 fee does not apply.

Yes. BASH handles payment, issues QR tickets and lets you scan them at the door. Keep your public sale with another provider, or sell every ticket directly with BASH.

Any applicable WhatsApp message costs are separate usage costs and are not included in the per-ticket fee. We show these separately.

Data and privacy

You own your audience data. BASH processes it to provide the services and features you choose. The precise roles and purposes are set out in our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement.

Getting started

Once Weeztix or Paylogic is connected, you can configure your first event. For direct sales, complete payment and payout activation before sales begin.

Yes. Start with one presale or community sale. There is no need to move your public sale or commit to an annual volume. Annual commitments are only required for lower per-ticket pricing.
