Give visitors a reason to stay connected, with personal ticket access, insider updates and benefits across events.

Community is now live on BASH.

The point is not simply to build a bigger mailing list. You decide what being part of your community gives someone: early ticket access, the ability to bring friends, insider updates or access to an ambassador programme.

For visitors, joining means staying connected to your organisation and receiving something because they are part of it.

Your community brings together existing and new sign-ups and ticket buyers who have opted in to stay connected. Audience data can also be synced from connected ticket providers such as Weeztix or Paylogic.

The flow

  1. People join your community.
  2. You decide which benefits or access they receive.
  3. You give people personal ticket access, +1s, benefits or updates for each event.
  4. The relationship carries forward into the next event.

When the benefit of joining is explicit, BASH has seen roughly twice as many visitors opt in compared with a generic update subscription.
