Meet the new BASH.

Sell more tickets, earlier. Exceptional experiences for your community with a fraction of the work.
We’ve been rethinking how organisers can sell more tickets earlier through their communities.
Take a presale. You want people to sign up so they can buy tickets before the public sale.
A simple idea can leave your team with quite a few jobs:
- Connect the sign-up form to an audience list.
- Make sure everyone gets a link to the tickets they’re allowed to buy.
- Write emails explaining how the sale works.
- Schedule the messages around the opening.
- Set up bot protection.
- Arrange a queue for a busy sale.
We used to think of BASH mainly as a dashboard for putting those pieces together. That approach can make a simple offer complicated to deliver. For visitors, the experience depends on how well everything fits together.
So we’ve changed the starting point.
With the new BASH, you choose which tickets people can buy and when the presale opens. BASH handles the steps from signing up to buying tickets. Queues and bot protection are built in too.
Your audience gets a page with your own branding. Each person can see the tickets available to them. That same page holds your updates and future sales. It’s a familiar place they can return to, not a separate experience for every event.
A familiar place for your audience
Someone signs up for your presale. When you notify them through WhatsApp or email, their personal link takes them straight to the tickets they can buy.
There’s no account to create. They can buy for themselves and share access with friends when you allow it.
The message doesn’t need to explain a complicated process. It tells them the presale is open and takes them there.

After the sale, you might share a line-up announcement on the same page. When your next event comes around, you can give returning visitors first access. Members can find their special tickets there too.
It all lives at your own web address. Email and WhatsApp bring people back when there’s something for them.
Visitors can choose to hear about future events, so a single presale can be the start of a longer relationship.
Less to put together
The important decisions stay with you. You might open the presale on Thursday and let each person invite two friends. You decide when BASH should send the notification.
BASH creates the personal links and checks who can buy. The messages go out on your schedule.

Offering early tickets to previous visitors works in much the same way. So does giving members their own tickets. You change who can buy rather than build a different process around each sale.
Your team has less to put together. Your visitors have less to figure out.
We’ve shaped the new BASH through close work with organisers including Audio Obscura and VBX. Together, we’ve refined the visitor experience and reduced the work needed to deliver it.
Start with your next event
BASH works alongside your existing ticket provider. It connects directly to Weeztix and Paylogic, and supports other providers through a QR code export. You don’t need to switch.
Once your ticket provider is connected, your first presale can be ready in 15 minutes.
